With the recent addition of Grace Parker-White to our team, we now have five mediators within the firm. This further strengthens our mediation offering, not only across the Home Counties but also nationally. We are delighted to support not only clients contacting us directly for our mediation services, but also an increasing number of referrals from colleagues across the country, with a particular focus on high-net-worth and complex cases.

We are a centre of excellence for mediation and are proud that in December Edward was awarded Child-Inclusive Mediator of the Year at the 2024 National Mediation Awards. We offer a complete family mediation service, comprising MIAMs, hybrid mediation, solicitor-inclusive mediation, child-inclusive mediation and shuttle mediation. Our experience embraces matters which are highly complex, including those with significant assets and international considerations. We also offer mediation appropriately in cases where domestic abuse is a factor.  

Meet our Mediators

We are pleased to introduce you to our mediation team, comprising five experienced specialist family law solicitors and mediators. Each of our mediators is dedicated to supporting clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and offering the highest levels of customer service. As experienced mediators and specialist family solicitors, they are adept at guiding clients through the mediation process, and drawing on other approaches, both non-court dispute resolution and court proceedings where necessary, to achieve the right outcomes for clients.

Firstly, we have reworked our mediation pages on our website, providing increased information about all aspects of family mediation, including MIAMs, hybrid mediation, solicitor-inclusive mediation, child-inclusive mediation and shuttle mediation, including some frequently asked questions. 

We have including within these changes a newly revamped Mediation Referral Form, which enables professionals to submit mediation referrals to us online.

We have discreet and comfortable offices in Chilgrove, near Chichester,  Brighton and Farnham, as well as mediation spaces in central Chichester and Petersfield (by appointment). We also offer mediation services online via Zoom and other platforms.
