Tony Tynan joins Edward Cooke Family Law

We are delighted to announce that Tony Tynan, a highly respected and experienced family solicitor will be joining Edward Cooke Family Law on 2nd December 2019.
Tony qualified as a solicitor in 1995, having previously spent 8 years working as a Field Archaeologist for University College, London.
Tony has specialised in family law since qualifying and has worked for several practices in West Sussex and Hampshire. As a committed member of Resolution, the national organisation which promotes a constructive, conciliatory and cost-effective approach to dealing with family law issues, Tony shares our passion for finding the best outcome and way forward for our clients.
Tony works across all areas of family law, including divorce, private children work, financial issues and cases involving unmarried couples and civil partnerships. He has a great deal of experience in complex financial cases involving substantial assets, trusts and family businesses. Tony has worked on a number of reported cases, including a significant transgender case which was successfully dealt with in the Court of Appeal.
