Welcoming Family Solicitor Victoria Maxwell to the Team

We are delighted to welcome Family Solicitor, Victoria Maxwell, who has joined our Chilgrove office.

Victoria commented on her new role: 

“I am thrilled to become part of the team at Edward Cooke. Having spent the first 10 years of my Family Law career in London, I have now returned home to my roots in the South Downs. It is really exciting to join such a busy and growing team who share a similar ethos with a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution to achieve the best results for our clients.”

Victoria is able to assist with a range of family matters including divorce and separation, children matters, financial matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and injunctions. Victoria also specialises in surrogacy and international surrogacy.

Victoria is also a member of Resolution, like all our solicitors at Edward Cooke Family Law, and applies the Resolution Code of Practice to support all clients when reaching settlements.
