Backlog of cases to be eased by reopening of Chichester Crown Court

Edward Cooke’s role in leading the campaign to keep court provision in Chichester cited by the Brighton Evening Argus as Chichester Crown Court re-opens.

The reopening of the court is a positive step to minimise delays and enable justice for all and forms part of a £113 million scheme to help address the significant backlog, caused by cases both during and before the pandemic.
