MIAMs

Edward Cooke Family Mediation offers Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) in its offices close to Chichester, West Sussex and Petersfield, Hampshire.

Edward Cooke is a mediator accredited by the Family Mediation Council (FMC) and is therefore qualified to undertake MIAMs.

You will normally need to attend a MIAM before you can file an application to the court, whether in relation to financial or children issues.

Arranging a MIAM

At Edward Cooke Family Mediation, we will meet with you individually for a MIAM. This costs from £150 per hour provided that the meeting lasts no more than one hour.

You will need to bring with you two forms of identification: your passport or photo driving licence and a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
